[“The Nest”] This work reflects an ongoing meditation on the meaning of home, both as the physical space we build for warmth and refuge, and as the inner landscape we must equally cultivate for rest and safety. These two realms are inseparable; without tending to one, the other cannot be fully appreciated.

The piece also speaks to our deep kinship with the natural world. We are not separate from nature, we are of it - formed from the same living matter as the Earth beneath our feet. To care for the land, is to care for ourselves as we tend to the divine source that connects all living things.
